Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If we experience high order volume, processing may take longer. We will notify you if that happens.
Delivery Time & Charges
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Bangladesh.
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply).
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Refund Policy

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
